Dr. Morgan Riggins grew up in Dripping Springs, Texas competing in swimming and equestrian sports. She swam for Hartwick College in upstate New York and specialized in breaststroke and individual medley events.

Dr. Morgan graduated from Texas State University in 2021 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She is currently pursuing fellowship training in orthopedic manual therapy from the Manual Therapy Institute to be completed in October of 2023.

Dr. Morgan has a background in personal training, collegiate sports, weightlifting, and marathon training that enhances her skills as a physical therapist. She is passionate about exercise, movement, and education. She loves to help people understand more about their body and health and how to move better and stay active for life. In her free time, Dr. Morgan enjoys weightlifting, running, swimming, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
