Having been a college athlete my goal when looking for a gym was not weight loss but to gain muscle mass that I’d lost over the years.
I’ve now been working out here for 6 months and have started seeing results. Not only have I gained muscle back but have increase energy levels.
I look forward to each workout,with every workout being a full body workout. There are no “leg” days and the trainers focus on technique and form, instead of amount of reps or weight. The workouts have remained challenging and vary from body weight to heavy lifting. I can’t recommend this gym and the trainers enough!
