We got what we were looking for and so much more. I have been an athlete my whole life and had never needed anyone to push me or tell me how to eat or check my form. But slowly, over time, I had gotten away from eating multiple small meals a day and training regularly.
Now, with Bodies By Design, I have found motivation, help with my diet, and guidance with my form. I look forward to and even plan my day around training. The work outs are never the same; they challenge me both physically and mentally. The group motivates me to show up and give it my all. My cardio has improved, so I’m not gasping for air anymore. Well, not as much.
I am feeling stronger as well as more productive in my everyday life. I look forward to this next year and the changes it will bring.
