Growing up, I wasn't the athletic type, but a few years ago, I started going to a gym. The weights and equipment seemed intimidating, so I spent most of my time on the cardio machines.
When I wasn't seeing results I wanted, I switched to Bodies By Design , and my workout routine completely changed. I never thought I'd be strong enough to lift weights and keep up with high intensity training, but now I look forward to every workout and conquering new fitness challenges.
