I was overweight, had high blood pressure, was always tired, and had no energy. I tried every diet and exercise program around but ended up just losing and gaining the same 15-20 pounds over and over. In 2012, I finally realized I was not enjoying life and decided to make a change and get healthy. From the first day I walked into the gym, I knew it was going to be different than anything I'd done before. The workouts are challenging and fun, and everyone is supportive and encouraging. I love the small gym feel and the personal attention from the trainers. By combining the workouts with the nutrition program, the weight started melting away. I lost 59 pounds and 68 inches within the first five-and-one-half months and have kept it off for the last year. Most importantly, my blood pressure has gone down, I am no longer on medication, and I am enjoying my new active lifestyle.
