I moved to a new state by myself and knew no one. I completed graduate school and went from a size 6 to 18. I was in a deep, ugly place until I started working out with a great trainer.

I have lost 43 pounds of fat, gained 12 pounds of muscle, and I’m back down to a size 8. The weight loss is great, and I’m very proud of my accomplishment. More importantly, I am no longer in the ugly place.

My trainer who sincerely cares about my entire being, not just my physical body, and I am on my journey back to healthy and happy.

 My journey continues and I would do it nowhere else than Bodies By Design because of the professional, dedicated, and truly compassionate trainer I am fortunate to have found.
