Bodies by Design (BBD) takes the whole person approach to fitness. The work out regiment is very rigorous ;however, the motivation from the trainers are great. I started my dedication to my fitness journey with a 30 day transformation challenge about 6 months ago and decided to continue with the group training program at BBD.
There have been days when I absolutely did not want to go and workout; however, the motivation and support that I have received from the trainers and other clients helps me power through these times, it is definitely a family atmosphere.
BBD constantly reinforces the fact that half the challenge to maintaining a healthy workout program is to simply "Show up". My workouts are now more intentional and I have experienced double digit losses in body fat and weight.
BBD's fundraisers and promotions to support charities like St. Judes Children's Hospital also reinforces their commitment to the total person and not just being a "gym". I would recommend BBD to anyone regardless of fitness levels. There are programs for everyone!
