I had been overweight my entire life, and had tried everything from fad diets to various supplements and pills. I would lose 30 pounds, only to put them right back on; time and time again. I was "that" person. Despite all these challenges and setbacks, I never gave up. I realized that my life was slowly passing me by and I had to do something about it; I had to make a change.
On my 28th birthday, I decided I'd had enough. I was finally going to make that change once and for all, and stick to it. I began eating right, and working out consistently, and sure enough, the weight fell off. I'm down 65 pounds so far, but the journey is far from over.
