Two years ago, before joining Bodies By Design, I lost my motivation for exercise: I was not eating the way I should, and I did not feel like doing anything. As a result, I ended up weighing more than I ever had in my life. I had to buy bigger and bigger sizes of clothes.
One day, I looked at myself in the mirror, and I did not recognize the person staring back at me. I decided to make a change. I knew I could do better, so I scheduled a consultation with a Bodies By Design trainer and my life transformed.
I started working out and eating healthfully. I have already lost over 19 pounds and 21 inches, and I’m not done yet! I have also learned a great deal about the vital roles nutrition and exercise play in having a more satisfying life.
I am truly grateful to Bodies By Design and my trainer for helping me attain my goals. I no longer say, “I will do it.” I say, “I am doing it!”
