
I came to bodies by design in a bit of a rut. I enjoyed weight lifting in the past but hadn't been able to stay consistent with workouts after moving to Austin a year and half ago.
I started working out with Donovan. The sessions were challenging, in a good way! The small group atmosphere makes you want to go workout.
I've been able to get my consistency back. In just a few months I've gotten stronger, I'm recomping by body - losing fat and gaining muscle.
Definitely recommend giving BBD a try, you wont regret it.
