I am 52 years old and before starting at Bodies By Design, my daily routine would include going to work, volunteering, or running errands, and then coming home, sitting in my comfy chair, and watching TV, usually while eating a huge portion of unhealthy food. I had no motivation to do anything else.
After joining Bodies By Design, my life changed. I have lost 28 pounds, and I'm working on getting down to my goal weight. At Bodies By Design, I see only positive results in myself and others. One of the first questions my personal trainer asked me was why I came to them. My answer: To get healthy because I've seen how my father struggles in his elderly years because he did not take care of himself with exercise and healthy eating.
I want to do something now so that I can prevent future health struggles.
