Before joining Bodies By Design, I spent my time going out to eat and not putting much effort into my workouts. I thought that going to the gym and walking on the treadmill for 45 minutes would be sufficient to stay fit. I was discouraged, and I didn't know how to challenge my body. I felt miserable and unhappy with my body.
On January 1, 2013, I weighed 140 pounds and decided it was the day to make changes. I finally gave 100% to Bodies By Design by going to all the boot camps and eating healthfully. I put in the time and effort, and the weight came off and stayed off.
At Bodies By Design, I am challenged and pushed in every workout, which is always different and high-energy. I don’t like missing any of the workouts because each is exciting. I was able to lose 17 pounds in six months and have maintained that weight. I've reached my health goals, and I love my body!
