I had worked with my trainer at Bodies By Design previously, so I knew that when I wanted to make the change in my health and fitness, he would be there for me.
The time came when I was ready, so I made the phone call and haven’t looked back. In ten months, I have lost 63 Ibs. I have a little more to lose, but I am continuing to do it with my loving and supportive “family” at Bodies By Design. I never thought I would be the kind of person that loved going to the gym or enjoyed a “kick my butt” workout, but I do now.
My trainer’s most important lessons for me have included being prepared with my food choices, to work hard in all that I do, and to enjoy my life.
