Bodies By Design is a place like no other.

I tried every gimmicky diet plan out there. I read tons of articles "promising" to help me lose weight and even went to the extreme of having weight loss surgery to get sure fire results. The end result was always the same. I would fail and ended up right back where I started.

That’s when I found and reached out to Bodies By Design. In an instance their honesty, sincerity and genuine interest in understanding who I was and my story was clear.

Fats forward to today, the BBD coaches have helped me literally transform from the inside out. It has been a long and exciting journey with many more adventures to come. I have lost over 37 lbs, 19% body fat, a ridiculous number of inches, removed the lap band and most importantly learned to love me.

BBD is not just a gym to me it is my second home and family.
