I am so thankful to have found BBD. I love the small group sessions where your coach tailors each workout to your abilities and challenges you every step of the way. I think it's better than 1:1 personal training because I get the opportunity to exchange jokes and encouragement with the other amazing BBD members.
The coaches also facilitate quarterly check-ins to assess progress and develop goals to keep you motivated and on track.
I recently got injured in a car accident and had to have knee surgery. I'm incredibly impressed with how much support and personalized help I've received from my coach. It really made such a difference having someone I trust, that also knows what they're doing, to get me through this daunting road of recovery.
Oh and let me not forget to mention I've lost almost 30 lbs since joining and can see the amazing physical transformation that comes with having a coach who will hold you accountable and celebrate your wins within a fun and supportive community.
When I first started at BBD I couldn't even do some of the basic weightlifting exercises but I never felt judged and was always provided with effective modifications.
