Kacy has practiced yoga for 22 years. She took all styles of yoga classes and felt the benefits both physically and mentally. Because of her amazing personal experience with yoga she knew she had to become and instructor.
Kacy has been teaching, and changing lives, with Vinyasa and Asana yoga for the last 15 years.
Kacy says, "My passion is to bring body, mind, and soul connection to everyone who wants to let go, stop struggling, and be in the moment. The bonus is that injuries are healed, bodies are strengthened, and minds are cleared. I teach all levels and tailor my class to the needs of my clients."
